How can I get my ticket?
Tickets can be purchased online no later than the day before the visit. Tickets are sent by email to the address indicated at the time of your order, remember to save them on your mobile phone, to present them on the day of the visit at the park entrances.
Does the ticket price give access to enjoy all the park activities?
The ticket includes the Animal Trails, shows and attractions, except for the Zip Line and the Double Zip Line, which are for an additional fee. Passes for interactive activities are in addition to tickets.
With the late entry, from what time can the park be accessed? How can I buy the ticket?
Access to the park is from 4:00 p.m. and until closing time.
This rate cannot be combined with other promotions. The afternoon tickets can only be purchased at the ticket office the same day of the visit from 4:00 p.m.

Access to the park

How long does it take to visit the entire park? Is it recommended for children under 3 years of age?
We recommend visiting the park for 2 days to be able to visit all its corners, since Sendaviva has 120 hectares, it is the largest park on the peninsula designed for the enjoyment of the whole family, especially for the little ones in the house. We have more than 800 animals of 200 different species; 30 attractions, shows and activities for all ages.
Can I access the park with pets?
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed access to the park facilities. (except guide and assistance dogs for people with disabilities). We have a service for pets in the park facilities. Prior reservation is advised at (+34) 948 088 100, service fee € 10 / day.
Can I access the park with electric scooters?
Access to the park with electric scooters would not be allowed for reasons of security and tranquility of the different animals that live in Sendaviva.
Is the park adapted for baby seats and seats for people with reduced mobility?
Our park is fully accessible in its entirety for types of chairs. We also have baby chair and wheelchair rental services. Consult information point services.
Can food and drink be allowed inside the park?
For the safety of our animal collection and traceability of our menus, it is not possible to introduce food into Sendaviva, except in the case of babies or people who must eat ground food, we have microwaves in all restaurants for use by our customers. The food offered in Sendaviva is prepared for people with special needs such as celiacs and special allergies, check in our restaurants.

Discount coupons and Travelclub

I have a discount coupon, how can I redeem it?
The first thing you should do is reserve your tickets, for all of you who are going to visit Sendaviva, and in step 3 just before confirming the payment there is a box reserved for your coupon, enter the code here, once you enter it and validate you will see as in your shopping cart it is applied.
Remember that it can only be exchanged online, so you must do it at the time of booking your tickets, at least the day before the visit.
How do I redeem Travel coupons?
After redeeming the points from www.travelclub.es, Travel will inform you that you have to wait 24 hours for it to be validated redemption. After 24 hours you can use your discount by entering the DNI (Identity card number with letter) and the confirmed Travel card number in step 3 of our website.

Villa Sendaviva

When can I access Villa Sendaviva?
Access: If the park is open, you can access the facilities with your car to the indoor car park located right at the ticket office from half an hour before opening, the time to access the room and check-in will be at starting at 3:00 p.m. If the park is closed, the time to access Villa Sendaviva will be between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The time to leave the room on the day of departure is at 10:00 am. Parking is free for our guests and if they wish they can leave their luggage on the day of arrival or departure in the place reserved for it, ask at the entrance. Activities and Attractions

I have bought an activity and they have already given me the schedule, does it mean that I cannot change it?
The passes for the activities and attractions are for the indicated time, it will not be possible to enjoy them at another time and it is not possible to change them.
Failure to show up at the time and place indicated at the entrance of any activity or attraction entails the loss of it.
Do I have any limitations to use the attractions?
At all times to access our attractions and shows it is necessary to comply with the rules set out at your entrance, as well as to follow all the recommendations of our operators, it is best to consult our website or app in advance of your visit, where you can See if there are age, height or clothing limitations necessary to enjoy our attractions and shows.
Can I wear my swimsuit at Sendaviva?
You can use the swimsuit exclusively in the water attractions where you can cool off completely, this is where you can wear your swimsuit, or take off your clothes.
We have lockers at different points in the park to facilitate access to our water attractions, or save what you want. The water attractions are: Labyrinth, Water Battle, children's swimming area next to crabs and new Fair slides.
  • You can buy the advance ticket online up to the day before the visit. When purchasing the ticket in advance, access to the park will be done through the express boxes at the ticket office.
  • Making a modification to the reservation will always be associated with an expense of 3€, for management expenses. The date modification will be subject to the payment of the difference, if any, between the purchased ticket and the rate of the date chosen for the change, during this 2022 season.
  • The cancellation of the reservation will always be associated with an expense of 5€, for management expenses.
  • The ticket will be valid for the selected date or any other day of the season, according to the opening calendars, ticket conditions and available capacity.
  • If you cannot attend the visit on the day you have the tickets for reasons related to Covid, contact us by mail, phone or WhatsApp and we will manage the change of date of the tickets.
